Monogram Companies, LLC is pleased to be the developer of the Young’s Farm project. This farm, and this town are steeped in a history and tradition that our company respects and we are proud to be involved with this community. We also value the integrity of the land itself and intend to continue the legacy of the land with a project that provides not only new homes, but also continues the small town atmosphere with a Market Place to provide services and tax revenue to the town and people of Dewey-Humboldt.
Like any new neighbor, Monogram wants to make a good impression and allow the community to get to know us. We are unique company in the industry in that we are both a land developer and a new homebuilder. The benefit of this is that before any construction begins we know the land.
